We recognise that small business owners have to be everything to everyone, which makes you very busy. We offer a number of options that can help reduce the stress of employing people which can be tailored to your needs.
Our affordable annual membership offers an opportunity to get everything up to date over a 12-month period and beyond. We will review your contracts, employee handbook and people policies to ensure compliance and provide updates annually. We offer up to an hour of service each month depending upon your needs. We can help you with individual people issues or work with you or your management team to deliver a key area of focus each month. We feel this helps to spread both the cost and your time. Examples include the completion of job descriptions for performance management purposes and appraisal documentation, succession planning and colleague engagement as well as creating forms and templates that make your life easier.
In addition, we will ensure that you maintain a good understanding of the people related legal changes that may impact you and your business, just as you’d get from having your own HR Team.
Alternatively, we offer:
- One off advice – this can be as and when needed and is costed by the hour (cheaper rate offered for those in annual membership) or
- Bring me up to date – a review of your contracts, handbook and policies ensuring compliance with current legal requirements as a one-off project
